How it works, step by step
The program consists of 10 meetings spread over approximately 12 weeks (can be adjusted). It includes both individual and group sessions. Total duration: 14 hours.

- Talent test (TT38) and dialogue about your possibilities and goals
- Sparring on your strengths and ideas for future job content
- Help updating your CV and using ChatGPT to tailor it
- LinkedIn optimization and the FirmaPlus Candidate Portal
- Focus on networking and identifying relevant companies
- Conversations about identity, motivation, and job satisfaction
- Sparring on concrete job applications – solicited and unsolicited
- Interview preparation – including dress code and personal pitch
- Training in how to evaluate workplaces and ask the right questions
- Final wrap-up and future plan
The program can be tailored to both individuals and larger groups.

For example, 60 employees divided into groups of 8–12 people, with 8 group meetings and 2 individual sessions. The program can be adjusted to fit your needs.
